Understanding the GPAI:

  • The Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence is a collaborative platform designed to bridge the gap between AI theory and real-world implementation. Launched in June 2020, this multi-stakeholder initiative endeavors to champion cutting-edge research while fostering applied activities focused on AI-related priorities.

Inclusivity and Membership:

  • GPAI’s membership structure promotes inclusivity, welcoming participation from all nations, including emerging and developing countries. • Responsible AI
  • Data Governance
  • Future of Work

Innovation and Commercialization

  • These thematic areas will drive research and practical projects, paving the way for ethical and impactful AI advancements across diverse domains.

Conclusion:

  • India’s hosting of the GPAI Summit reflects a concerted effort to steer global AI initiatives towards responsible, inclusive, and innovative pathways.
